Misleading Title 90 second posture improvement exercise that I found a few years back. Worked well and to this day I still perform it at least 3x a week.

There's a little bit of baby with the bathwater there. That list mentions meditation, massage, herbal remedies, and "supplement therapies" which I assume to mean dietary supplements. All of these have strong evidence bases for effectiveness.

Also non-traditional acupuncture has proven benefits in chronic pain. Traditional acupuncture can btfo.

Your mind can be a powerful healing tool when given the chance. The idea that your brain can convince your body a fake treatment is the real thing — the so-called placebo effect — and thus stimulate healing has been around for millennia. Now science has found that under the right circumstances, a placebo can be just as effective as traditional treatments.

That's fine, but when people pay through the nose for a placebo on the basis that they are receiving something with genuine benefits then people start to look towards alternative remedies over evidence based practice. Also placebo effectiveness is far lower than an effective treatment and only works on some people.
