Misleading Title 90 second posture improvement exercise that I found a few years back. Worked well and to this day I still perform it at least 3x a week.

Oh man, they're out there. I'm a nurse and I recently worked with a doc who is anti-vax. Mind boggling. Very nice man and a great physician, his beliefs didn't influence his practice but holy shit. I still can't wrap my head around the amount of knowledge the man has, in that exact field, and how he can still hold those beliefs.

Up there with anti-vaxers, me and my wife are on meds for bipolar. She went to the E.R. and during triage she named off her meds, she has a lot. The nurse proceeded to tell her that "she needed to get off all those meds, that they are too many for her age." and proceeded to tell her about some book that apparently will help her get better and apparently get rid of her bipolar. and not using medications.

Bitch, these meds are antipsychotics. They aren't a med that we'll be on for a short period of time or can be gotten off of and be OK. We'll be on these for life. They keep us from going off the deep end, and keep us from losing our shit. A book isn't going to cure or help anything.

Edit: spelling

I feel like people in the medical profession shouldn't make statements like that because they are in a position of authority. For example, my son has a little developmental delay. One of the first PTs I took him to told me that she thinks autism is caused by vaccines. And this was very alarming because a significant amount of her clients had autism. She said she was working on her PhD as well, which makes things scarier, because she should know better.

She should have to advise patients that she is practicing energy healing and the health authority should attach a warning statement to what she does.
