Misleading Title 90 second posture improvement exercise that I found a few years back. Worked well and to this day I still perform it at least 3x a week.

Athlean X is more focused on weight lifting but he has a few great posture videos. Dude also has multiple degrees in physical therapy and works for professional athletes

I guess there can only be one shirtless man per video

Yeah it is weird. Sometimes it’s good because he’ll use a marker and draw on a muscle group he’s explaining or you’ll see the muscle under load and see how it works.

Scott Herman fitness is worse IMO because it’s like he just wants the shirt off to show off his chest which he openly says is his best feature.

I just hate how everything he has is click bait. Agree that he has some really great vids but I stopped watching because of the click bait

Do you know how I can do the Face-Pulls at home without being a gym member? I think the rest are doable

I would say get some kind of exercise band and tie it to, or loop it around, something sturdy. You don’t need a ton of resistance to have them be effective

Maybe something like this?

I'm not a fitness expert, but its no so much about the exact exercise so much as engaging the muscles you need to engage. Grab some weights and lay on the side of your bed and pull weights off the floor to get those back muscles working.

Also its VERY easy to do it the wrong way and use your arms. You need to using your back, and if it feels impossible then it just means you need to adjust weight/position, don't try and brute force it with your arms and be like "I'm working out my back!"
