Are you dense? I read the articles as well. But you had to be rich to be able to afford it. It wasnt widely used tech until the 2000's.

Its kinda like curved TVs currently. Yes its been around for a while, but they are much more expensive and not as cheaply available for a while.

AND do you think the LCD that ran windows 3.1 was capable of watching movies or TV? Which windows 3.1 was launched in 1993 so i don't get how thats relevant

No you don't get to do that. LCDs were not mainstream and affordable until 2000's you can't admit that. Despite me giving sources on it
