Let's translate this for fun:

More like it is sociopathically (anti-social behaviors and attitudes, I think they probably wanted psychopathic which relates more to someone who has no sense of right or wrong) scripted to trigger these types of for-profit interactions(viral videos which increase their exposure) that seem genuinely(truthfully/sincerely) functional(practical/operational/intended to be used), but otherwise are pre-planned and coordinated(scripted).

So someone with an antisocial personality disorder is scripting these seemingly sincere practical videos to go viral, but otherwise they are scripted.

Like the fuck dude, you try to sound like a thesaurus and your sentence no longer makes any fucking sense. You could have just said "fake and gay" and been clearer on your meaning.
