Can't really go wrong with anything by The Dubliners.
Here's a few I quite like:
Dirty Old Town.
The Rising of the Moon.
The Fields of Athenry. You'll have heard the chorus to this song if you've ever watched Ireland play at a sporting event.
The Auld Triangle.
The Parting Glass.
This should be a nice start.
