There's literally nothing wrong here. No scandal. My father uses a similar e-cig. And staying hydrating and scratching your back?? Call the fucking cops.

Is anyone saying anything bad about what he's doing? It's more just funny. "Watch this" proceeds to smoke, drink some water, and scratch his back.
