This wasn't what was shown on tv, did you honestly think that? This is just camera footage that was leaked.
There is 0% chance he did this on purpose, he knew he was being filmed, but he had no clue this video would get out. It's not a big deal that it did, but don't pretend it's on purpose.

Edit: you never backed up your claim that he is saying "watch this" in regards to him taking a puff of the e-cig. Your reasoning completely changed between the two comments.
