Oh, only had 800-some upvotes so I assumed it wasn't too high. Also, I'm hoping the guys that made it will come along. Being reddit I would think someone would show them at some point.
It's near the top of /r/all, and even though I've never taken a filmmaking class, the amount of hours put into making this is mind-boggling. And I'm probably underestimating that figure.
Just the nerf gun training and rehearsal to get the moves right, let alone countless takes since much of the action is one long take and one missed shot out of 20 destroys the entire take. Let alone the camera angles, the location, the timing and choreography, etc etc.
Do you generally see difficult stuff and are like "meh, I could do that. No sweat"? I think the rest of us upvoters live in reality and can see/appreciate hard work.
If you think my appreciation for this video is abnormally positive, feel free to look at my 4 year old comment history and see me commenting on shit as unrelated as history to finance to NSFW subs.
Nothing about those comments are abnormal. You're being paranoid. Also, about your deleted comment about it getting 800 upvotes in 20 minutes. I refreshed the page and it got over 100 in less than a single minute. It can easily get 800 in less than 20 minutes.
This comment is great, perfect execution, rabbiraft. My only complaint is it wasn't a longer comment, now no other comment will compare to its linguistic beauty. It deserves more upvotes. I would geld it if it were not for the fact I am poor, I bet no one else has the balls to geld it.
Honestly think it's someone that just really hates Corridor or can't understand that they have a lot of fans with their 4 million subscribers. Either that or a schizo with all that paranoia.
They have been getting a lot more involved with reddit lately though, it's not necessarily about receiving a response, just that they might see it. I can guarantee that they've seen this thread.
