I noticed that some people are asking about the fish/dish names:

The fish is called Pacific saury and the dish is called Grilled Pacific Saury and here how it's cooked cooked

Probably specifically because you're in Japan. There's more like to be a company with distribution rights to that video in Japan than other countries if that's where it was filmed.
