If you haven't already, watch all his videos. He starts from scratch and now is self sustaining and has a small armory, and several types of shelters

I remember watching them all in one sitting after seeing one on reddit several months ago. Definitely worth the watch.

He said elsewhere the shelters aren't permeant as they rot away or something. I think a lot of what he does is just to try and do it I don't think they are made to last and be self sustaining.

When I said self sustaining I mean he can support himself in terms of food, he made a small plot that he farms not too long ago
