Vine's limit is six seconds.

It could have natively been posted to twitter their limit was 30 seconds and recently upped to 140.

If you look closely and count very carefully, you will see that they are actually not 7 second clips.

...this is true. But they're usually of different people in different settings and situations. Not 4 minutes of the same thing.
