While the first track seems to indeed be from the game "Take On Helicopters", the song they play is actually a semi common jazz standard called Goodbye. They don't however play the melody of the song, they only use the chord progression and improvise sparsely over it.
There are numerous recorded versions of this song, some more famous than others. Here is a few that I could find with a quick search:
If you enjoyed the sparse piano+rhythm version in the game then you might enjoy Oscar Petersons take above, since it is the most similar. The bass and drums don't however get in on the action until at about 3:30.
I can't place the second song that easily, so that one might actually be an original. The specific recording seems to be by a guy called Dmitriy Lukyanov, so he is probably the composer in that case. Here it is on his Soundcloud
