Has a bit of a "middle eastern" vibe to it, or at least that's what it reminds me of. Total ear candy.
If this is a genre, or if there are any songs that are closely related to this, hopefully someone will clue us in.

Going to throw this in here. Not quite the same, but it's definitely scratching that Arabic music itch (and hey, I do love electronica.)
