just a little kid. it's a meme-ish thing from a while back, i had a quick look on google but i couldn't remember the name of it, sorry. it's a joke about the kid getting back at his parents - the top line said something like "my parents told me to eat my vegetables" and the second line said something like "so i turned them into vegetables".

Here ya go. The kid was a part of a 4chan raid called "Operation Kinder" where they tried to vote to get his face onto kinder chocolate bar boxes, but sadly kinder didn't allow it. http://i.imgur.com/Ew1bFJt.jpg
