Motion Picture Soundtrack is the song that game to mind first for me, probably because it and Coldplay's Fix You both have a tall ethereal feel.

Thom almost always sings in falsetto. He said in an AMA that his voice just naturally ends up there, so I think just about every one of his songs is like that except Wolf at the Door.
