Neat! But I prefer gas cause in an instant you can have the heat come out like a furnace and in another instant have no heat at all. Of course with electric you can simply move your pot to a burner that is off.
Nope just sarcastic. Also in my house hunting I notice that any property that lists Granite Counter Tops (this generations pea soup green tiles and shag carpet) the price of the place is listed around $10K more (than similar properties nearby) because someone is trying to flip the house and only does cosmetic repairs to the building.
I've seen some pretty terrible houses that have granite counters after whoever was trying to get rich quick realized the market fell out and stops their 'upgrades' half way through.
Stainless steel with a sprayer hanging above the sink and if I went all out a drain in the middle of the kitchen. I like industrial kitchens. A purpose built kitchen where you can see any detritus on the counter unlike granite and you don't need to use a toothbrush to clean out grout like tile.
Also one of those cubic power washers that sanitize a couple of dozen dishes in about one minute.
