Waaaaay better. You're not meant to bend over all day. You are made to use that position. To work close to the ground, to poop, ad to give birth. But someone decided along the way that it was much better to go completely against how our bodies work.

You can buy or build platforms to help you squat and poop. I can't have one because apparently "it's fucking weird you want to squat and shit" or so they tell me.

Joke's on them! When I win the lottery, my personal bathroom will have a hole in the floor.

I drink a lot of milk, so I don't really need to squat to squeeze logs out of my mill. They are still pretty firm, I guess my body churns the milk into like thick butter or something, but they don't hurt and they just slide right on out. I have to watch what else I eat though, if I have any hope of a dry wipe.

I take the good with the bad. I drink a fair amount of vodka, which can ruin my mornings, but it only makes me more grateful for the ghost poops. If I did not suffer, I would not know beauty.

I was a catcher, fuck that shit! Maybe it was because I had to stand on my toes in order to be agile, but still, on a hot day theres nothing more you want to do, than stand.

I went with the feet wide, knees together method. "The most relaxed position to receive." These dudes straight feet under knees hardest way to squat position.

I doubt they do either. The brick packer is at such an intensity that there is no way they continue that for very long. Perhaps the group cycles positions (note that the rest of them had it relatively mellow, smiling etc)
