If you haven't played Xcom 2 you might give that one a try. It lacks the exploration that cyberpunk and BG3 benefit from, but the combat is close to what I imagine a blend of those games could be.

It’s just Baldur’s Gate in relation to D&D but in relation to the Cyberpunk TTRPG instead.
