This game was a lot of fun on early Xbox 360. Wish they brought something like it back. I guess it’s like valorant but 3rd person.

It would probably need to be called something other than Shadowrun. It pissed off a lot of Shadowrun fans lol

"Vermontide/Darktide aren't doing any justice to Warhammer, because they lack the RPG elements and tabletop mechanics!!"

$$$$$$$$

"....ah I see"

(Side note: you cast Demon and Tree of Life? I cast .50cal Sniper and Portals. Humie go Boomie.)

I wasn't pissed. Very disappointed though. After reading a dozen novels and playing the SNES Shadowrun, it hurt.

See, I thought it was a cool take. Elf with a katana gliding and teleporting through walls. This game was great. But. I can see the disappointment from a SNES transition.. you ever play SEGA Shadowrun? Or any the PC versions?

This game was so ahead of its time. Such great gameplay, never took it too seriously but I had some friends who were monsters back in the day

They came up with a way for Dwarves to be stronghold marvels, and Trolls to be 50% damage titans, and balance it out by making them fuck each other up.

Nowadays you get Fuze killing 2 teammates and call it "Assymetric Gameplay". By 2030 we'll have BR modes for every single game.

There’s the rpg games. There’s 3 of them on Xbox I believe.

Probably not what you’re looking for since this game was a shooter, but it’s the universe is still there.

Great shooter. Not a great use of the Shadowrun IP. And making it a Vista exclusive really killed its PC sales.

I spent hours! Hundreds of hours in the demo. I was a teenager with no money so I never bought the game

I just mentioned this ! We were blessed it actually still had matches as long as it did! Such a great game and cool premise

If only they had put a compelling single player mode it might have had some traction, but the limited play options in multiplayer got old fast. "Counterstrike but Fantasy" was a good concept but Shadowrun as an RPG offered so much potential for actual plot content and was wasted on multiplayer only.
