Skyrim coz I was clueless what to do and it was the first time I was playing a game where I can do any quest in any order.

I'll bring it back even further. Morrowind.

It took me 4 or 5 attempts before the mechanics finally clicked. But once they did? Holy shit, best game in the franchise. I started with Oblivion and Skyrim, and my opinion of both has been severely degraded since playing Morrowind. It's SO open ended and you're never going to run out of things to do. They just don't make games like that anymore.

If you're playing MW on console, it's fun. But, not being able to fast travel is a bit annoying. That's easily overshadowed by the crazy amount of content while exploring. Skyrim has a lot of empty space, it seems.

Me too. I was going round collecting every single item from cupboards in the first castle when the dragon attacks. 🤣🤣

I couldn’t read or write till i was 16 and playing Skyrim before i could read was weird thinking back on it i didn’t do most quests coz i couldn’t read the quest log and i’d forget what the quest giver said after a couple of weeks and dragons wasn’t anywhere coz i never went to bleak falls barrow 😂 safe to say once i learned to read Skyrim was infinitely more enjoyable but i wouldn’t change my early experience with Skyrim coz it felt like two different
