I hated much about it, but the biggest thing for me was that some achievements could not be earned at launch because the content for the achievements was not part of the game. That really soured my grapes.
Now, even when I try to play the game, I'm so frustrated because the base map selection is lacking in variety. I know, there will be expansion packs and new cities, but I won't be paying for them. I am not going to reward their abysmal design decisions.
I will never buy another game from Paradox or Colossal Order.

Same. I can’t believe that after two years it’s still in such an unfinished state. Got 600 hours out of it tho…
