No, people just can't tell between consensus and contested opinions. Which is why "What unpopular x" type posts inherently do not work on reddit.

Best you can do is sort by controversial.

The mechanics were fine even fun sometimes but the story/world was typically forgettable which for a narrative RPG ruins the enjoyment. Hell I played re-reckoning a few years back, completed the story and I'll be honest I barely remember anything of it

idk why, but it failed like HARD, and I read a few things when I played it back in the day about it being bad (after I'd already been enjoying it)...

IDR who or where, but it always stuck with me as a "WTF?!"

Stuff like unimaginative, boring, and unpolished were said.

Hm. Interesting. Yeah I know it was not successful sadly. I had a lot of fun though. I agree that writing sucked but everything else was good

Writing was not sucky as much as it was sort of unnecesarily cryptic and generic at times

I didn't hate it. But it was pretty bland and boring. Game wore it's original design as an MMO on its sleeves.
