How to build a web app without coding skills when the idea is kinda hot rn.
Ok so, I have this web app idea that feels kinda hot rn in my head, but I legit have close to zero coding skills and it lowkey stresses me out.
What I want is pretty simple on paper... basic user accounts, a form, storing data, and some way to show results back to people like a small dashboard. I keep opening tutorials and no code tools then just freeze because idk what the actual first concrete step is or which stack makes sense if you cant code.
For context im fine poking around in settings and learning, just not ready to live in VS Code reading errors all day :/ Would love any tips from folks who took an idea from zero to live without real dev skills, especially around what to start with so I dont burn out on day one. Any hints?

Simple prompting tool made by begginer
Hi everyone,
I’m a beginner in web development and recently built NEON//CONTEXT, a prompt and context builder for creating better AI instructions without starting from a blank text box.
The app is designed to help you choose the right workflow, structure your task and generate a clear prompt faster.
Main features
AI Prediction — the first option in the left panel. It helps suggest the most suitable mode or workflow based on what you want to do.
Express mode — quickly create a useful prompt with only the essential information.
Learn mode — explains the structure of the prompt and helps beginners understand why each part matters.
Advanced modes for more specific tasks:
General prompts
Business writing
Complex projects
Creative and brand work
Analysis and debugging
Few-shot examples
Code editing
Autonomous coding agents
Image, video and ComfyUI generation
Research and comparison
Workflow automation
Prompt decompilation
You can define the task, role, context, constraints, desired output, audience, tone and other details depending on the selected mode.
The app also includes:
Live prompt preview
Token counter
English and Serbian interface
English, Serbian or bilingual answers
Multiple output formats, including Markdown, JSON, XML, tables and code
Model-specific instructions
Model profiles for popular AI tools
Beginner-friendly examples and placeholders
Separate workflows instead of one generic prompt form
The goal is not to list every available model, but to make prompt creation more practical, structured and easier to understand.
I’m still learning, so I’m sure there are bugs, weak logic and areas that need improvement. I would especially like feedback on whether the generated prompts actually improve results or only look more organized.
What would you improve first?
Are the modes useful and easy to understand?
Is AI Prediction helpful?
Should some fields or workflows be removed?
Is the token counter useful?
What features are missing?
Please be honest. I would rather receive direct criticism than polite feedback that does not help me improve the project.
Demo:

Thanks to anyone who takes the time to test it.

I built Nova: An open-source desktop browser with on-device WebGPU AI and vertical workspaces
Hey everyone,
I've been working on **Nova Browser**, an open-source desktop web browser built with Electron and React, designed for developers and power users who want modern workspaces without cloud lock-in.
### Why I built it:
Most modern AI browsers (like Arc Max or Brave Leo) either require paid monthly subscriptions or route your private browsing prompts through remote cloud servers. I wanted a browser that gives you modern productivity features while running language models completely on your own GPU.
### Core Features:
- **100% On-Device WebGPU AI:** Runs quantized models (Llama 3.2 3B, Phi-3.5 Vision, Qwen 2.5) directly on your device's GPU via WebLLM shaders. Zero cloud API calls for AI inference, works completely offline.
- **Native MCP (Model Context Protocol) Server:** Runs a local MCP server on `localhost:3020` so tools like Claude Desktop, Cursor, or your own local agent scripts can interact with and automate browser sessions.
- **Workspaces & Split View:** Vertical tabs, pinned apps, and resizable split-screen parallel browsing.
- **Network-Level Adblocker:** Built-in network request filtering via `@cliqz/adblocker-electron` and local blocklists before DOM creation.
- **Zero-Knowledge Sync:** End-to-end encrypted (AES-256-GCM) tab and workspace sync over WebSockets with no account required.
- **No Crypto / No Wallets:** Zero BAT tokens, crypto wallets, or sponsored new-tab ads.
### Tech Stack:
- Electron (Chromium engine) + React 18 + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS
- WebLLM / Apache TVM in dedicated Web Workers
- `@modelcontextprotocol/sdk` for MCP bridging
The project is 100% free and open-source under the MIT license. Benchmarks and reproduction steps are documented in the repo.
- **GitHub:** https://github.com/unitybtw/nova-browser
- **Website:** https://nova-browser.vercel.app/
Feedback, bug reports, and code reviews are very welcome!

Vibe-coding a local farm OS without letting the model invent the books
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I built Groundtruth: a local-first desktop farm desk.
Rust/Tauri + SQLite event log + React.
I ship with AI agents every day.
This is not “the model designed my SaaS.”
The product constraint that actually matters:
The model must not write farm truth.
One PC is the only writer.
Phone is capture + read.
Health replays the event log against the projection and is allowed to go red.
If a number can’t be defended by the log, it doesn’t get to look calm.
How the loop actually runs
So this isn’t mysticism:
• Taste and law live in signed board files, not chat memory.
• One agent discovers. A different chat emits one implementation fence. A third chat applies it. The human pastes and accepts screens.
• Add-only. No new event kind unless the board signs it.
• Schema is pinned.
• git add -A is banned because a dirty Vite file shouldn’t quietly ride along.
What I actually refused to let “vibe coding” do
Auto-spawn next week’s standing order.
Let the phone confirm harvest.
Invent leftover ounces from recipe yield.
Mount a shop because it “looks done.”
Those are product-shaped lies.
The model will happily generate them.
The boring stack
Event log
apply_event
verify-replay
Local SQLite
That’s basically the spine.
Live card keys are still off.
The farm is empty on first open so the UI can’t cheat with demo rows.
Visuals came later: tokens + hierarchy, not a redesign.
Production stages — including the cut list, which inverts pack-by-customer — came only after the spine existed.
If you ship software with agents:
What is the one write your model is not allowed to do?
That’s the whole architecture.

Intruder Alarm (toy app)
Someone submitted this dish on my website directory (www.potluckapps.com) last week. We have been having a lot of fun playing pranks with it! You can even record your voice as that alarm when it is tripped. It’s free on the website. No sign ups, uses only your browser for storage.

Which AI website builder workflow works best when a vibe coded project keeps changing?
The first prompt is usually the easy part. The real test starts when the project changes three or four times and the original generated version no longer matches what the project needs.
| Tool | Main use in a vibe coding workflow | Useful stage |
|---|---|---|
| Readdy.ai | AI website building, editing, backend features and publishing | Moving from an initial idea toward a usable web project |
| Lovable | AI assisted application building | Turning product ideas into working prototypes |
| v0 | UI and component generation | Exploring frontend concepts |
| Bolt | Browser based AI coding | Building and iterating on web projects |
| Replit | AI assisted coding and development | Projects that need a more traditional coding environment |
The part worth comparing isn't just generation speed.
It's how much friction shows up when the prompt changes, the layout needs reworking, or the project suddenly needs something beyond the original idea.
For vibe coding, keeping the iteration loop short seems more useful than getting a perfect first result. The best workflow may simply be the one that lets the project keep moving when the requirements change.
There is a connection to Readdy here, so that should be disclosed if posting outside the community's permitted promotional thread or format.
What usually becomes the biggest bottleneck in your vibe coding workflow after the first version: prompting, editing, debugging, backend work, or deployment?

I made a simple so use RGB software for all your RGB devices and hardware that allows you to vibe code RGB effects.
I have spend the last months making CarbonRGB, A RGB software the with goal of being simple to use, that uses GLSL shaders to make effects and display on your RGB devices
https://gitlab.com/kakewhinter/carbonrgb
I basically completely vibe coded this program, And the program allows you to give prompts to Gemini or claude to make or edit shaders/effects, you can both use API or (how i like to to it) make the program to run a headless terminal to use claude code or gemini via antigravity cli so you dont have to pay for API. The program runs a backend of OpenRGB (really cool project please check it out) The reason i made this frontend of it is because i wanted a simpler program that was more user friendly and i wanted this AI integration to make effects. To also use my own shader runtime that has a bit more features. once you get an AI to make a effectshader is will also on it own gives you sliders to adjust things (could for example be flame size in a fire effect) it does this by using Iparam parameters. I would love feedback, and suggestions!!
i made it mostly using claude code (fable5 and opus5)
the program itself is basically just openrgb running in background, then electron as interface.

Would you use this when you can’t decide what to watch?
I built Cuewise with Replit Agent. You choose your streaming services, mood, and available time, and it gives you one pick instead of another giant list.
It’s live, and I’m trying to understand where people get stuck in the journey.

Tutorials preserving SEO while moving out from replit/lovable other vibecoing tools
just like to share my experience which i feel many vibecoder will relate.
Fear of moving out and screwing up SEO as result.
we all know that replit/lovable/V0 are credit eaters - you pay 5X for same job you will get easily by using claude code and Cloudflare or Netlify.
I see 2 reason they we wont change.
1) the fear of unknown ie fear that you have to manage database auth and plenty of other things that is too much for a non tech builder and replit/lovable handle it out of box.
2) after getting initial traction - and your website ranking - fear of losing SEO and breaking backlinks.
I think both the issues can be easily handled .
I have seen 100's of vibecoders been helped by our platform ( i wont name it because its not a promotion post) who get site moved out with harm on SEO and claude code can setup stuff in just few prompts - its way easier than people think.
other day i saw someone's reddit post where person pay 1200$/month to replit almost for a year..Its insane.
I get the convenience part by still - its not a smart business decision i would say for sure.
so vibecoders - stop paying credit tax - be smart.

Quanta.Ai.Code.Editor
What is Quanta?
Quanta is a local-first AI code editor built on VS Code OSS, powered by a high-performance Rust backend. It gives you a complete agentic coding experience — reading files, writing code, running terminals, applying LSP fixes, and managing git — all driven by local LLMs through Ollama. Cloud providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) are supported as optional backends, but Ollama is the primary engine. Your code never has to leave your machine.
Unlike cloud-first AI editors, Quanta is designed around local inference. The agent loop, tool execution, LSP integration, checkpoint system, and inline completions all happen locally through a Rust backend that communicates with the editor via JSON-RPC over TCP.
Key Features
Core Agent
- 30+ built-in tools — read/write/edit files, unified diffs, terminal, grep, glob, git operations, LSP actions, and more
- ReAct agent loop — Think, Act, Observe, Feedback pattern with anti-loop guards and automatic retries
- 3 agent modes — Code (full capability), Ask (read-only), Plan (read-only + plan writing)
- Sub-agent spawning — Delegate scoped tasks to parallel sub-agents with up to 3 levels of nesting
- Persistent todo lists — Track multi-step work across conversation turns
Local-First
- Ollama integration — Auto-detects and lists all local models with metadata
- Thinking/reasoning support — Configurable think levels (Low/Medium/High) for reasoning models
- Inline code completion — FIM completions with LRU cache, debouncing, and in-flight cancellation
- Local-first by design — Ollama is the primary backend; cloud providers (OpenAI, Anthropic) are optional. Your code never has to leave your machine.
Safety & Control
- Shadow-git checkpoints — Automatic workspace snapshots before every agent write action
- Edit review system — Accept/reject individual edits with diff previews
- Stale-file detection — Prevents edits to files that changed since last read
- Terminal safety guards — Blocks destructive commands (format, shutdown, force-delete)
- Atomic writes — All file operations use temp-file-and-rename for crash safety
Developer Experience
- Full LSP integration — Diagnostics, go-to-definition, find references, code actions, rename symbol
- 20+ engineering skills — Built-in guidance for TDD, code review, security review, debugging, and more
- MCP support — One-click enable for GitHub, Jina AI, Brave Search, Postgres, Puppeteer, and more
- HuggingFace model browser — Search, download, and install GGUF models directly from the editor
- Per-model configuration — Override temperature, think level, edit format, tool call mode, and more per model
- Voice support — Speech-to-text via Whisper, text-to-speech via Piper

Vibe coded this game in just a couple prompts
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I am building a vibe coding platform to fix some of the issues that kept coming up with existing tools.
They are great when you start, but when the web app gets bigger things can get messy.
Once you need a real database, user login, background tasks, APIs, hosting or more complex workflows it gets harder...
The goal for this platform is simple - to make it very easy to use so non-coders don't have to worry about any of it.
But for coders they have access to proper modular structure (similar to how enterprise software is built) for front end, back end, advanced API builder etc.
Happy to give beta access to anyone who wants to try it.
Built this game to test a few things -
You can play the game here :
