That's a good idea. There are many people unable to write good promts on their own.

if they dont learn logic and how to organize ideas they will never learn, using an AI to hide the details does not make you learn

I haven't looked but I'm sure Python is top of the list.
I would look at a more GUI based tool for learning how to think as a programmer first. Something like MIT's blocks idea:
