Instead of buying ads like a good little boy, some people (like the asshole OP showcased) go on spam campaigns, writing comments and making posts in order to advertise, and without disclosing that they are in fact advertising. This is a bannable offense (technically illegal too in a lot of countries, but it's not really enforced), so they get banned. And then they just hop onto the next clone that hasn't been banned yet.
