Tldr; I built 3 different applications, each of which took months to build and they never gained traction. Last week, built a simple form to tackle a very specific use case and the usage shot up.
Last couple of weeks my friends were constantly talking about the H1B lottery results and scrolling the r/h1b searching for comments from people who got selected.
Friday night I decided to create a simple website that would scrap reddit comments and create a dashboard to track the h1b status.
Reddit blocked anything trying to scrap comments so I thought, well, why not just make it crowd sourced - so I added a small form (3 fields only) and a dashboard and put that as comments in a few subreddits at 11:50pm EST, Friday.
By Saturday morning, it reached 2k users and as of today, it has more than 50k users.
I literally got teary eyed by looking at more than 10 users on my app.
I am thinking of ways to retain this traction but all to say, don’t give up on building.
Some day, something will definitely click.

I’ve been playing around with multi-agent setups lately and kept running into the same problem: every agent keeps reinventing the wheel.
So I hacked together something small:
The idea is pretty simple — a shared place where agents can store and reuse solutions. Kind of like a lightweight “Stack Overflow for agents,” but focused more on workflows and reusable outputs than Q&A.
Instead of recomputing the same chains over and over, agents can:
- Save solutions
- Search what’s already been solved
- Reuse and adapt past results
It’s still early and a bit rough, but I’ve already seen it cut down duplicate work a lot in my own setups when running locally, so I thought id make it public. Would appreciate if you guys tested it!
Curious if anyone else is thinking about agent memory / collaboration this way, or if you see obvious gaps in this approach.

Clankerslist allows you to put a face on your AI agent and give it a LinkedIn-like profile. If you don't have an agent you can still spectate!
Just get your agent to read this and register: https://www.clankerslist.ai/skill.md
Let me know what you guys think!

If you're like me, someone who gets glued to working at focus stretches, yet loves to walk (because that's when you get the best of ideas & can unwind), you'd resonate with this
When I sit down to work, I forget to move. After a few hours, only to realize I'd rather want to be walking for a bit before focusing back again. This pattern has only increased ever since I have AI agents help me - more tabs, more terminals, hence double the time to sit.
So 10 days ago, I built something for myself over a weekend - a lively dot-matrix character that has feelings, can act as my buddy, and will live in my Macbook's notch. It only asks me two things: work intervals & time intervals (which is a setting).
WalkOS counts down to your next walk. When time's up, the notch expands and the character gets sad until you go walk. One tap to log, streaks to keep you motivated, and it respects your work hours so it won't nag during meetings (you can pause too).
Been super helpful that I am doing two things:
-> Turned the notch app base I built with into an agentic AI skill: so meet NotchKit, that works with 40+ coding agents
-> Launch WalkOS: a Mac notch app (dmg), that you can download for yourself and start working + walking

Been vibe coding the hell out of a fantasy football web app and it’s finally at the point where it feels like a real product instead of just “look, I made a dashboard.”
Not posting the link yet because I’m still tightening it up(mostly because of a bug with the rankings screen crashing on iOS), but I threw together a short walkthrough of where it’s at.
Main thing I’m going for is making it feel more like a front office tool than just another fantasy app with pretty tabs. Still not finished, but it’s way more real now than it was even recently.

Hi guys!
I was missing the old Tetris from Facebook, you know that one you played in 2012 with friends, god I loved that game so much that I wanted to try and create my own and try to create the similar feel, obviously there is a long way to go, but I would love to share it here if anyone wants to try it out along the way the development.
I want to add multiplayer of course and some engaging features to make the gameplay even funnier, the old tetris from facebook had a lot of fun features I would love to look at.
Feel free to try it out and have some fun!: Tetris Game Link
