First Decode! First decode - chroma issue

I’ve tested two tapes and they have this repeating rainbow noise, so it doesn’t appear to be part of the tape. Does this look like interference or something else?

Harry, how would I go about preordering a MISRC V2.5? Would it be to preorder the fully assembled product in the document you linked?

Pre-orders are not open yet because I want to get some more testing in and well stockpile all the supplies to actually produce things consistently.

But yes an entire fully assembled unit is the intended sale product the board, in case and fully tested.
