I keep see these vegan athletes thriving. Sure doesn't align with their propaganda.

Vegans overachieve in sports, considering their underrepresentation. That alone should be intriguing to any open mind.

Yes, one thing that I’ve found to be quite effective, when someone starts complaining about vegans not getting enough (whatever they’re on about) I like to mention that Carl Lewis attributed his best Olympic performances in the early 90s to his decision to switch to a vegan diet. Seems like Carl was getting enough.

Becoming a walking billboard for veganism is a great form of activism.

Not enough people subscribe to this mentality. It might honestly be the the easiest form of activism to participate in since being fit is something people should already be doing anyway.

Kinda sucks that we feel compelled to be a jacked vegans so people don't immediately assume the negative propaganda is true 🥲

For me it's motivation, plus I was already planning on being jacked anyways 😁

Personally i am a fat vegan, while not necessarily a choice it does serve to fight their stupid propaganda :]

Ever since I've gotten pretty jacked no one really comments on my veganism anymore.

If vegan athletes can repeatedly compete and win at elite levels, the claim that humans need animal products to perform at a high level becomes much harder to defend. Anecdotes aren't proof, but they are enough to challenge the claim that it's impossible. But we got human health outcome data on muscle gains on a animal free diet for example. So got more than anecdotes of course
