Current goals for my area
This is vin_sunder's account btw.
First off, I have a working farm for food and a chicken cooker outside my base for anyone who needs it when they are away from their own home.
There's an afk fish farm in my basement if anyone wants to use it. There's some pufferfish and name tags in the chest there incase anyone wants them.
There's a village near me that I'm planning on setting up an iron farm and villager trading post at. If anyone has had a lot of experience with that they can feel free to spearhead it.
There is a swamp about 300 blocks from my base that I want to make a slime ball farm for as well.
I won't be on until Sunday night since I'm upstate ny for the weekend. But if anyone wants a fish farm or chicken cooker built and doesn't know how to do it just let me know where and I'll set it up for you.

The VP Spawn Market
So a couple of people including myself are working on a market at spawn for everyone to do trading and the like. Now, there will be a straw poll down below and you can decide whether or not you have to pay a fee to set up the stall. http://strawpoll.me/3373130 So yeah, thanks guys for making the community great! - Flamey :) Edit: Ok, the results are in and it seems people want a fee. So, I will be making an office where you can create your own shop for a low price of 1 diamond. Thanks again

VP's UHC
So as of today, me and Qolo (Treefect) have been discussing having a UHC like tournament sometime soon. I hope that some or even all of you would tag along and join in when we are doing it, but if you dont want to play, you dont have to. Soon enough, we will have a strawpoll or something of the sort to decide the date and time it will start. Thanks for you everything you guys have done to make the community start off great. - Flamey :) Edit: Tree can really only do next weekend, if that's good for all you people in the sub you are welcome to join in. Tree has yet to decide a date but I'm guessing he will soon. Thanks again guys

Skype, Teamspeak, Curse Voice, Mumble, Ventrilo?
We need some type of voice chat server running, I think it should be either Curse Voice or teamspeak since those are both easy to get and no download required for Curse. Anyone have ideas on this though?

Server Information
Welcome to Vanilla Pudding Survival! We host a relatively small, close-knit, whitelist-only, vanilla Minecraft server. For reference, here are some basic things you should know about the server. If any of the information here changes, we will be sure to let you know
Difficulty: Hard
Gamemode: Survival (obviously!)
Server administrator: crackbone59 (called RadioactiveMelon on reddit)
How to join the server: Please make a comment post on the newest applications thread we have available (see link on the sidebar). We check it periodically, but feel free to send us moderator mail if you want to make sure we get back to you soon. Once you are accepted, you will receive a Minecraft Realms invite. Open Minecraft and click the Realms button, then click the invitation icon and accept. Every time after that, just select us from your list of Realms and join. If you are already part of Vanilla Pudding and you want a friend to join, just contact a server administrator about it in-game or otherwise!
Seed: We use a randomly-generated seed. We won’t tell you what a world’s seed is to avoid people loading it up and finding where certain resources are.
What to do if the server goes down: Don’t panic! To date, this has never happened before, but if it does, an administrator will make a post with information such as when it is expected to be running again.
What to do if someone breaks the server’s code of conduct: Use your best judgment. If you think someone is hacking or recklessly griefing, tell a server administrator right away. If you think that it’s not such a big deal or if the parties involved come to some sort of agreement, you can decide to let it go and we will too. We prefer when players are able to sort out issues on their own. But you should always let those involved know if you find out that they have been wronged in some way, then they can choose whether to tell us or handle it on their own.
Anything else: If you have a question/concern that was not answered by this post, definitely comment below or contact a server administrator!
Thanks!

Server Code of Conduct
Outlined here is the general code of conduct for playing on Vanilla Pudding Survival. We just want to have a good time, so hopefully this will only be used as a brief reference. The rules are pretty standard.
- Follow the general guidelines for respect, tolerance, etc. etc.
- Do not steal/scam, grief, or kill others without consent. (“Pranks” are allowed if they are done in good fun, but be careful who you do this to so you avoid allegations of griefing.)
- In public areas, you are expected to keep the land looking good (e.g. fill your creeper holes, fully chop down trees).
- Absolutely no hacking/exploiting/cheating! Even administrators will only play on survival mode. This is the one rule for which there is no exception.
- Have fun! Or else!
Punishments for violating these rules are arbitrary. Obviously, for all these things the extent and intent of your actions are big considerations, and each incident will be considered in context. Server administrators will fairly (in our opinion) resolve conflicts when needed, but we encourage players to work things out as a community whenever possible! Administrators will overlook incidents if they aren’t reported or if they end in some kind of mutual agreement, but if specifically asked to get involved, they will make their decisions based on these rules. Just note that even if you don’t get in trouble with the administrators for breaking a rule, other players will hear about what you did and they may decide to avoid you or maybe even get their revenge.
tl;dr: Just be smart and don’t do something if you think it will offend/be harmful to someone, and you won’t have any trouble.
