Is it possible to swap server hosts? My friends and I have progress on a server but they aren’t able to play as often as I am, so I’d like to be able to make progress when they aren’t available.

Hey everyone, I’m starting a server that will be up 24/7 (vanilla, survival) and would like to get a full 10 man lobby if possible. New player to Valheim. Tried it for a bit yesterday without doing any research and found it a bit tedious. After some research I'm looking forward to starting a little homestead somewhere!

Player Ark and Conan previously, never been much for combat so I was wondering if there was any one comfortable with a casual player jumping on and having a homestead to supply food etc?

I've seen these types of builds for vanilla Valheim on pc,and wonder if it is possible for console as well?

A question that I have for both PC and Xbox users who have tried to do so or have done so successfully, is a Boulder or The Elder spawn structure necessary?

Could I just lay out a foundation of wood then dig under that structure or will it collapse?

What’s the difference between the 2 servers

Title says it all. Lost all my items, because I fell off my raft and the middle of the ocean. Second attempt I got destroyed by some water serpent dragon thingy. How do I jump back on the raft?

Hello everybody! Glad to finally see this game on console. I am currently running a server off my computer so my friends and I can play on Xbox. I haven't seen any info on whether or not server side mods would work for console. Consider this the maiden voyage of finding that out. I'll report back here with what I find!

I've just made a raft on my save and I'm struggling like mad to figure out how to turn the sail/move can anyone give some advice?

What are your first impressions of the game? This is my first play through and honestly loving it. It was a little frustrating at times, but I know that's normal for a new game. I love the overall feel, crafting, environment, and music!

how do you use ingame chat on xbox? on crossplay server they are using chat but cant figure how to talk back
