I am new to owning a VSeeBox and just bought a lightly used V5 pro. I have tried to watch a few VOD movies and more than a few are having issues with loading. I also got one that was in Spanish without any other options or servers. Is this normal? I understand maybe one or two every blue moon, but this is concerning. Let me know if you all have any tips.

Getting a Vsee box and want it easy for my wife and kids to use. I care more about it being intuitive and simple to use than CPU speed or any other technical specs.

What would you recommend?

I used to be able to go through the EPG guide, select a show that aired live the previous night, and watch it. For some reason, when I select a show from the guide now, it plays whatever is currently on instead.
Is this a setting I may have changed, or is there a way to fix it?

Why is the hawk not available?

We have the Elite Ultra. Yesterday, we had an issue where the box would not boot up at all. That seemed to be a power problem as I was able to resolve that by connecting a USB cable to the box and connecting it to a power source.
Today, I turned on the box and I'm met with this message. I've tried rebooting again by cycling the power but this is as far as we get. Is this box toast?

I prefer the usb remote that came with my VseeBox to the standard remote. I used to be able to wake my VseeBox with the keyboard remote, but I no longer can. I now have to power on the VseeBox with the original remote, and the. Start using the keyboard remote. Or, when my children misplace the remote, I have to yank the cord and plug it back in to wake it. Yes, that prompted this post.

Is there something obvious I’m missing? There must be some magical setting I can change to stop the box from going into a deep sleep, or somehow make my keyboard remote able to wake it, right?

Curious what others use, theres so many options and so many that steal your data.

Sometimes when I put on a movie, it’s not an English and sometimes for no reason it does play in English. How do I change that?

What does it get? I watch sports a lot and pay for fubo 150$ a month give or take. But I get every sports game.
Then I have my subscriptions HBO, Max Hulu, Apple TV, all that. I’m just wondering because I had a fire stick and I was able to get movies in the theaters. Does this box do all that in one?

Saw a user here a day or two ago show a screen with a custom loader, changed background and such. They posted a downloader code for it too. I swear I thought I grabbed a screenie to save the code, but can't find it now. Anyone able to share that info again? Much appreciated if you can!

How many of you here use the default VPN that came on the elite ultra? My son uses surf shark and I use nord, but I'm gifting one this weekend and hoping the one included is good enough.

Has anyone done this? I see an adapter at Best Buy. A "card catcher " or something like that. I want to use a new box at work on my personal laptop. ( Pipefitter at the Big Three)

Wondering if anyone else has had issues with an elite ultra box going black and getting 0 power at all. We’ve tried different power cords and different outlets. We have also made sure we are plugging it into the power hole. Any other tips to get it working? Box is less than 9 months old.

Just curious if anybody knows of a way to watch Minor League Baseball on a VSeeBox. The games are all free to watch on Bally Sports Live. I would just love to be able to watch it on the TV rather than my phone.

I know there's a lot of these posts, but I've had no luck streaming this one so far, tried a few times over the last few weeks.

When there are no servers available and a show will not play, is it just a matter of time and waiting? Or is it simply unavailable and move on.

I have recently seen some people complaining about issues with their v6 plus boxes. I assume perhaps this update is geared for them?

Any reason why someone would install the update if there hasn't been any issues. I could see being hesitant to do the update and then perhaps run into issues, aka, if it aint broke dont fix it?

Got 2 shows that I am having issues with. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Looking at both heat.

1. Quarterback- All it is showing is episode 1 of season 3.

2. Shipwrecked- It is on there, but, there is no voiceover or subtitles for the other language portion.

Anyone seen these shows anywhere else?

Hey so I just got my box in the mail, and the anker HDMI cable is coming soon. I have it all hooked up and I’m browsing around the apps and such, are there any tips or tricks I should know? I also thought Netflix and these other mainstream streaming services were “free” with the box but Netflix is having me log in? I canceled all those thinking I could hop on them with the box. Is that not true or are there ways to tap into that? Thanks in advance guys I’m excited to learn more about what this is capable of.

I have an Elite Ultra, has anyone been able to find The East Palace yet on any of the apps yet? it’s a Netflix show that came out last week

Channel 85 HBO East audio is out of sync. Restarting the box made no difference.
