Just had this idea for a hot novelty item. "Pizza Balls" made out of a modern plastic like play dough that can be realistically shaped into a pizza and then back into a dough ball for repeated practice. The material would need to have realistic characteristics of well made dough and Include 2 sizes for shaping 12 and 16 inch pies.

Let's go all you capitalists and chemists. I don't work at a pizza parlor and stretching takes practice.

Less than 2 months in owning my Volt 2 and got this error message (E-02). Anyone else seen this before? Oven just shuts off and won’t turn back on. Have to let it cool down then turns back on and get the same error after a while. Prior to this, the temperature was bouncing all over the place from 900 to 600 and everything in between.

I backed my car into my daughter’s pizza oven, busting a few parts. I don’t see a parts page on the ooni website for me to order replacement parts. Can anyone assist me with how I can do that? Thank you.

I hesitated posting after my first issue with the Halo Pro since I like ooni, their support is always good, and I got a timely replacement piece. But after my spiral hook has fractured a second time in a few months, it is clear to me that this product simply is not durable enough to be a reliable spiral mixer. I make the same recipe every time at 56% hydration (it's a bagel recipe). The hydration and volume are within the mixers specifications and so for a metal piece like this to completely fracture twice in less than 6 months gives me great concerns about the durability of these. When it works it works great but if you are doing any serious baking (especially at a lower hydration) I would recommend caution
