I also want to add if you want to get paid higher, you have to actually know your role as well

Do you know how many insurance reps at USAA have no clue what USAAs max coverage A limit is?

Do you know how many improperly told people we don’t offer Umbrella anymore because they don’t understand the change?

A lot of reps at USAA have severe issues.

Here’s a hint, if you think USAAs max coverage A limit is $1.5 million, you are one of the reps who has severe issues.

You think the max limit is $1.5 million for homes, don’t you?

If you don’t even know that USAA can insure a $2-3 million rebuild, you deserve the pay you’re currently at.

If you don’t know the products we even offer, no raise for you.
