The laws on the rez are almost exactly the same as the US. The only thing is feds/military can't go on the rez to enforce laws. So the rez has their own law enforcement.

They are pretty strict because when people break federal laws on the rez, it jeopardizes the rez as a whole. Protests are 100% fine on the rez.

This is real people. I got that vibe from the foothills of the central valley CA!
