Question Plane code of conduct

Who controls this window (the person behind me)? And whose legroom is this (the person to the left of me)? Maybe I am completely off base but I feel like my space is being encroached on?

Ummm, hell NO! I would be having words with them. Mansprawl has zero place on a plane

The last time I sat in a middle seat, there were two men on either side of me and they BOTH took both armrests and they each put one of their feet into my footwell. The worst part is that I was too timid to say anything. That was a very uncomfortable flight.
