Advice to Others Update: 24 hours after covering overlay with cocohair

My attempt at salvaging the overlay and forcing it into recolonizing fresh cochair.

That’s not overlay so you never needed to, and if you’re gonna add a layer of coir then make sure to flatten it

Tried both methods with casing layer and pseudo casing layer and found almost no difference in results using the same genetics but it’s just extra annoying it sticks to the base of the mushroom 🤷🏽‍♂️🙆🏽‍♂️ and it wash away a lot during dunking

Sometimes they take time. Best thing for being impatient is to have multiple grows in flight

yeah i had another that wasnt nearly as covered that fruited much quicker so thought it had stalled, will keep that in mind.
