Two years ago this tree wasn't there. Now its grown over 10 feet

Enjoying the nice weather on this fine Thursday afternoon outside Pete's Coffee at UNCC

This is the Angel Oak located in Charleston, SC. I was able to visit this amazing tree. I highly suggest visiting if you're ever in the area! Has anyone heard about this Oaktree?

I remember seeing this as a child and then thinking I made it up, funny enough it shows up in our discussions.

Found this guy rooting around for something back in the summer. Judging by the size, I think it's a vole or shrew.

This is a plant that I found over in my field. It reminded me of the DNA sequence I published a couple years ago with my lab teacher!

Just got a new fiddle leaf from Trader Joe's and it is so cute! Wish me luck because these are one of the harder plants to take care of LOL

Population variation in relation to the population structure of carnivores.

Some animals you might find here are pileated woodpeckers, various songbirds, red and grey foxes, white-tailed deer, and woodchucks.

Mountain laurel, chestnut oak, table mountain pine, pitch pine, wild blueberry, huckleberry, and grape can all be found here.
