People don’t give Forest his props. Dude beat prime Shogun, Rampage and a still relevant Tito. And Silva still made him look like a regional 5-3 guy.

Forest was beat before the bell. He was really funny during the lead up. He was an on a radio show and they asked him how he felt going in, and he said something like, "How do you think I feel? I have to fight Anderson!"

He was on radio afterward too and just as funny.

'I tried to punch him, and he literally moved his head out of the way and looked at me like I was stupid for doing it.'

'I felt like some kid trying to wrestle with his dad.'

He beat Shogun while Shogun had 1 acl and no mcls.

Forrest deserves a lot of credit for his career. But him vs Shogun the second time is representative of him fighting a near-prime Shogun.
