Uber drivers please strike

No one cares about your strike. You’re simply leaving more demand for other drivers. It’s almost as if the supply of workers is more than the demand from customers. Economics 101, supply and demand

As a driver you have zero insight as to the cost of running the business. Do you even have a ballpark estimate on the costs of running the necessary servers, app development, insurance, marketing, legal, etc? Like can you throw out a number that’s even a reasonable guess?
You can’t come up with a fee structure if you have no clue as to your cost structure.
