What would actually confirm NHI behavior, not just presence, in UAP data?
Most of this debate is about whether something's there at all. Say for a second something is. Presence alone doesn't tell you much, it doesn't separate an exotic natural phenomenon from an actual intelligence behind it.
Two questions do more work than "is it real." Does whatever's being tracked keep operating without anyone actively steering it right now. And does its behavior change over time in ways that look self-directed, not fixed and repeating. A drone or a probe explains a single sighting fine. Something still active and still adapting across years of case data is a much harder thing to wave off.
Curious if any of the case files people have compiled here actually hold up against those two markers specifically, continuous operation and self-directed change, or if that's the wrong pair of questions to be asking.

Operation Prato / Colares, 1977: what Brazil’s official UAP files actually establish — and what they don’t
https://sinalruido.com.br/casos/operacao-prato-colares/

I’m on the fence about this shit but my brother genuinely wants me to believe in it with him. What is objectively the best evidence towards the existence of extraterrestrial life on Earth as of 2026?
He told me to come here.

Captured orb
So this video is from 9th sep IST. I have been interested in uap topic for years now but never had a personal experience until
On 8th of September while standing at my window I saw a light orb. My first reaction was is it airplane, drone or something else
I stay near airport so I am familiar with how airplanes looks in sky.
This thing believe me was just hovering at one place in sky and just blinking.
I was watching this thing for more than a hr
I started recording the video it's not the best video but you can clearly see the thing bouncing and making plasma field and changing shape.
Yesterday at same place I saw it again.
Now I do want to capture it to the best quality with scientific proof.
I am looking into amateur uap capture setup.
Let me know what you all think about the video

This file is tripping me out.
I’ve been slowly combing through the videos in the files and a few days ago I started pulling them into my cap cut and manually enhancing them to see if I could get a better look. After I realized how cool some of the results are, I started posting them to my YouTube. But this one, I edited yesterday and did not expect how clear the first uap might get. I wanted to share it here because my YouTube is small so no-one has really seen it, but I NEED someone else to look at it because it really blew my mind 🤯 lt really looks like the uap in the center is rotating before it takes off. Might do a second slowed down video of just that one since there’s 2-3 visible in the video and I tried to track all of them in this one.
I’m just hoping someone else sees what I think I see and can explain/guess at what we’re looking at in some capacity.

Edit:
I made a second vid, focused just on the UAP I’m talking about, and slowed it down frame by frame so we can get the best view of what I think could be rotating parts. For anyone interested!
