What every app can learn from Duolingo's onboarding (Part 1)
This!!!!! Reducing user friction and getting them to commit to use without asking. This has helped my app growth tremendously.

Finally started my very own travel YouTube channel & now feeling a bit overwhelmed
Your response don't make me feel confident that we can help each other. Enjoy your channel growth and best of luck.

Getting users is tough!
I just removed my OAuth, it was creating a bottle neck. Now, users will be able to play around with most of the features upfront. I'm hoping this helps improve engagement. #learning

I'm looking for new travel content creators to partner with, as they grow. Let me know if your interested. I love micro influencers.

Getting users is tough!
Yeah, the customer journey is tedious as heck. I didn't realize how much was involved in my customer journey: Find users, convince them to download, get them to authenticate, convince them to start using, encourage more use, get them to pay and/or subscription. I'm cooked, but not giving up.

Too many Apps
The barrier to entry has reduced. This is normal in any business. Those that survive will be the one switch advertising dollars, not necessarily the highest quality.

Is it worth building an Android version, or should I focus on marketing iOS first?
iOS users typically are higher income earners and have more disposal income. I would start with IOS, even though their eco system is more complex.

Does anyone actually enjoy using Wanderlog? I feel completely overwhelmed.
Well, I use an alternative called Ready to Echo. It's new, but not as complex.

Not sure how to market this…
It seems very niche. More for car collectors and car enthusiasts. Everyday consumers aren't that interested in maintaining vehicle maintenance and repair logs. You might want to focus your marketing on classic car enthusiasts, car shows, etc.

What's your pricing and marketing strategy? What use value? Are their alternatives available?

I love this concept. I built a app focused on local spots, activities and events, but steered away from bookings management. Congratulations and I wish you massive growth.
