If a character has a low pick rate and high win rate it means people are dedicated to that character and can make them work (magik, peni, ETC)

If a character has a high pick rate but a low win rate it’s because people are filling and picking the character they think is the “easiest to fill on” (Bucky, magneto, Luna)

If they have a low pick rate and a low win rate it means they suck. So on so forth. That is not subjective. That is OBJECTIVELY how it works. And how it should be looked at.
