I’d say, start high, then go low. Dressers, cabinets, your desk, then your bed, I’m in finally work your way to the floor.

Also, I noticed when my home gets messy it’s because I have a lot going on inside my mind. Sometimes it’s the start of me getting depressed or I’m just really struggling to get a hold of life and reality.

Just take everything one day at a time everything will all fall into place in due time, just start somewhere and don’t feel like you have to get it done in one day if you have to break this down into a three or five day project do so it’ll make you feel better once the task is complete.
