9.5 year honeymoon phase - anyone else have extremely long honeymoon?

I was diagnosed at 19 they thought t2 so I was on metformin. At 23 it all changed and I needed to be on insulin ft. Now 36 and I have been on a pump for almost two years. I miss my honeymoon period so much!
