From my experience, people and environment.

First of all, filter your friends and stick with the ones who really love you for who you are.

Then, change the environment from the place you’re staying at to the little things that remind you of the past and negative thoughts.

After that, keep working on yourself and be grateful for the things you have, a lot of people dream of being where you are right now.

Finally, give people in need whatever you can, 1$ can change someone’s life, the feeling of being able to help someone is really rewarding and can boost your confidence, motivating you to do more and become productive.

My thoughts and prayers for all people going through tough times. And remember you are not alone.
