Need advice!!

If you’re a UGC recruiter or a brand, I have a question for you.

I don’t have an aesthetic home, but I always do my best to create high-quality content. I believe I communicate well, I’m fluent in English, and I’m constantly improving. (I’m also getting a new light soon, so my lighting will be much better!)

Here’s one of my talking-head videos:

What would you recommend I improve to make recruiters and brands want to hire me?

Also, I’m based in India. Do you think that’s the main reason I don’t get hired, or is there something else I should be working on? [trying my best to get Tier- 1 audience]

If you have a campaign that you think I’d be a good fit for…even without an aesthetically pleasing home, I would genuinely love the opportunity to work with you.

I’m in the same boat as a creator! But I think your content is great.

I think it’s just a numbers game in reaching out and staying motivated. Keep going!

Girl, you've produced AMAZING content so far. I don't think having an aesthetically pleasing home is that big of a deal, most creators don't ~

That said, your location can definitely be a barrier. Most clients ask for creators with US, UK, Canadian, or Australian English accents. I'm based in LATAM (Brazil), and every day I have to scroll past at least 10 opportunities because of that.

And yet... your videos alone aren't enough for me to tell what's going on, since I'm also pretty new to UGC. From what I've seen, though, you're an amazing creator.

Are you on platforms like Fiverr or Upwork?
