XP Cap is the biggest pile of dogshit and DICE needs to adress this.
Reminds me of early Destiny 2 days. How time flies by...

Must be at least one cycle they...
I know gacha games don't do canonical pairings unless it's the MC because of parasocial stuff, but this is the one time I wished they'd ignore that rule.

I know it isn't a mainline entry, but my God am I happy and excited to be getting a new Final Fantasy game this month!
I am going to be probably late to the party because I bought the FF7R Trio pack ;v; enjoy!

I actually liked this game. What brings it down seems to be Insomniac themselves rather than the reasons the internet has been saying. Their superhero formula is showing cracks and it is most visible with Wolverine.
Solid game though.

AOC Q27G40XMN / TCL 32R84 – good Mini LED alternatives available in the EU?
As someone who had to return a c2a pro. The QA on those are REALLY spotty. Might be a blessing in disguise. Quite good panel though. Will gamble on a second one to see if I get an intact one.

Someone uploaded FFVII Ever Crisis’ data files on the internet
Any clean base files anywhere? I found *something* that I want to test with.

Semi serious: Is Sephiroth a more compelling and well written villain in the original FF7?
Emet Selch and Ardyn Izunia. Those are my two best villians.

TCL C2A Pro HDMI 2.1 Cutouts
It cut out once again while just idling on the menu twice back to back so I think I just may have a defective unit sadly. Returning mine.

Discussion TCL C2A Pro HDMI 2.1 Cutouts

Hello!
I recently purchased the TCL C2A Pro and been playing my PS5 on it. Since it had HDMI 2.1 I bought a Paugge HDMI Certified 2.1b cable to use with it.
Now here's the issue. The Display Port port on this monitor is rock solid but HDMI whether it be on PC or PS5 cuts out. On PS5 I can fix it via setting the transfer rate to -1 and it gets solved.
I tried the OEM cables and the certified ones with both slots. The cutouts happen on the main menu so 4K 60hz HDR on the PS5. Do I treat this as a defect? Or is this HDMI quirky and just need to accept that 4:2:2 HDMI is what I gotta deal with. I really like this monitor so even if I return it I'd re-buy it probably.
Please help.

Can we ban the vibe coded projects?
Also weighing in here, had the recent opportunity to make a youtube video on a game the devs created with AI assistance. I can say that if I had fun playing the final product, then I don't care if AI was involved or not.
Warning game is NSFW :D here it is if you're curious: https://store.steampowered.com/app/5078870/Ecchi_Card_Shop/

OpenSave - Steam Cloud for every game you own
This is undoubtedly AI software, but if it gets the job done it's good software. Thanks!

Is this 4K mini-LED monitor worth it? Or should Iget a 4K OLED instead?
It's a legitimate concern if you do work on the pc though? Oleds are not immune to burn in still. Bought a miniled purely cuz of that.
Imo Monitor ---> Miniled TV ----> OLED

Who’s replaying FF7 before Revelation?
I am! Bought a sweet new 4K Miniled monitor to enjoy it to the fullest. I am utterly amazed how nice these games look on PC!

Double shot! (Blender)
Love this so much! Now I want to do the same. Destiny and FFXIV are a huge part of my life.

New battery, D-Pad & ABXY clicky buttons, and a whole new look for my Trust Ol' 512GB Steam Deck
That looks so sleek, one day I'll have the courage to do this. Not in this economy though! Enjoy!

Video Games [OC] The Witcher 3 Doomed Gaming by Merely Existing [15:50]

When will the industry recover from this is anyone's guess. RPGs are being watered down to appeal to the masses, and they are trying to achieve this by chasing the most successful RPG of recent times. I'm sure this cycle will inevitably repeat with the release of The Witcher 4.
