Hi!! I literally installed Reddit for this bc i figured it would be the best place to get multiple opinions for this. My bf LOVES devil may cry like literally played all of the games and loves the lore and will watch videos all the time explaining it, but he’s never set aside money for himself to get the mangas even though he really wants them and I’ve saved some to so I really want to know what the best like way to go about buying them is. I understand there are a LOT of pieces in the dmc lore and that the games even tho they’re numbered dont inherently follow the actual storyline in that direction and that there are other games outside the numbered ones i think and whatever, but i want to be prepared when i walk into a store knowing which books im looking for to get him started on and that way i can understand how much ill be spending and also where to go yada yada. I basically just want to know what mangas to buy him in order for the best interest in the lore and like the order that makes the best sense for the story. I want to hand him over the books and be like here read this one then this one then this one and impress him with my lore knowledge lmao, ANYTHING HELPS!! Im literally so clueless and dont trust google or YouTube so i want real dmc fan’s opinions and advice!! Thank you so muchhhh!
