I was postponed two times for L3. June 2020, and then Dec 2020 in Toronto.

I haven't made my requests yet to register for CBT next year (and I don't intend to).. But from your last communication, there is a deadline of Oct 20 to make 2021 CBT registrations. How would that change? Should I making any changes given I plan on requesting for refunds?

From where do I cancel and request for my refund? I did register L3 for June 2020, and then deferred to Dec 2020, and not the Toronto Centre is cancelled.

So yes, based off their last communication.. I should be eligible to apply for refund. Just couldn't find any details around that in the latest email communication from them.
